Auto Insurance Claims

We work directly with your insurance company to make the process as easy as possible for you. First, file your claim with your auto insurance. Next, give us a call at (412)367-4810 and provide us with your claim information, or fill out an online estimate request below and we will get you scheduled in for an estimate appointment with us.

At your scheduled estimate appointment, one of our estimators will examine the vehicle damage, take photos of the damage and prepare a preliminary estimate for you. Our estimator will go over the preliminary estimate with you, we will get you scheduled for a drop-off date for those repairs, and the estimator will send over the estimate and schedule date to your insurance company.

When you drop your vehicle off for repairs, we will repair your vehicle to pre-accident condition. While your vehicle is in for repairs, we will keep you updated during the entire process – and bill your insurance company directly, so it is as seamless as possible for you – because having an accident is stressful enough.

Mascari Auto Center has always had Direct Repair Program and non-Direct Repair Program customers. Either way, our services and quality of work still remain in line with industry standards.

We offer free estimates on any collision repairs, auto repairs, paint work, and more. Just let us know what you need.

Auto Insurance Direct Repair Programs

A Direct Repair Program is a type of strategic partnership between auto insurance companies and an auto body repair shop. Auto insurance companies team up with a network of auto body repair shops that meet the guidelines and standards set by the auto insurance company. Auto body repair shops that participate in a Direct Repair Program are carefully vetted by insurers to ensure they provide high quality repair and service to policyholders.

Mascari Auto Center has Direct Repair Programs with the following insurance companies:

What if my auto insurance is not a Direct Repair Program for Mascari Auto Center?

It’s really simple. Let’s say that your auto insurance company has referred you to a nearby auto body shop, but you’d rather go to Mascari Auto Center.

1. After you have filed a claim through your auto insurance carrier, they will provide you an estimate on how much the repairs may cost.

2. Let the insurance company know that you have decided to go with an auto body shop of your choice. They may provide you other recommended facilities, but you can decline those. You are legally entitled to use any auto body shop that you choose.

3. Contact the auto body shop that you are confident with and inform them that you need collision repairs done. If the vehicle is non-drivable, a tow can be arranged. All you need to do is bring the insurance estimate to the auto body shop during your scheduled estimate appointment. The auto body shop will then do their own inspection on your vehicle and write up their own estimate for repairs and negotiate your claim on your behalf.
